1. You should probably be a fan Harper. Why join otherwise?
2. If you don't have a site, that's fine. If you do though, and would like me to link you, I think it's fair for me to expect a banner or text link on your site as well.
3. No negativity towards any group of people on your site. ANY. If you do, (and I check all of the sites) then you can still join, but I just won't link you.
5. Do NOT hotlink the code. No only does that use up my host's bandwith, it's just plain rude. Save it onto your own server or use a free image site. Okay?
5. NC-17 stuff is alright, as long as it's marked.
6. I am excepting ff.net, LiveJournal accounts and Yahoo!Groups as the exception for not linking back for now. But it'd be great if you'd put up a text link!
7. MySpace accounts do requite a link back. If I can't find the code on the main page, I'll contact you and ask where it is. But if I don't hear back within a week, I'll remove the link to your site. I don't want to sound harsh, but I've had issues with this in the past.
